Enter the Village of EagleEagle, Nebraska is located 9 miles east of Lincoln on Highway  34, which runs east and west across the country.  The current population is approximately 1,105.

The attractiveness of the Village of Eagle to a commuter population will increase in the future due to the planned upgrade of U.S. Highway 34, from a two-lane rural highway to a four-lane expressway. The development of this highway into an expressway is anticipated to have a positive effect on the community, both in terms of income and employment opportunities and housing development activities.
