PUBLIC HEARING for the purpose of hearing testimony concerning a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, Subdivision Application and Request for Annexation submitted by RLM Enterprises, Inc., pertaining to +/- 15.92 acres located in Outlots ‘C’ & ‘D’, Hartland Homes Eagle Estates, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 9 East of the 6th Principal Meridian, Cass County, Nebraska.

7. Discuss/possible action: Approve Scott, Angela and Makinsey Lonergan as members of the Eagle Fire & Rescue Department.

9. Discuss/possible action: Approve Water Tower Lease Agreement and Memorandum of Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless.

10. Discuss/possible action: Approve addendum to South Meadows Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement.

11. Discuss/possible action: Consider two proposals to remove dead and diseased trees from Village of Eagle property fence line at 727 South 1st Street; Bid 1 with Christiansen Tree Service in the amount of $5,460.00 or Bid 2 with Nelson Tree Service in the amount of $4,400.00.

12. Discuss/possible action: Approve Bock Concrete’s proposal to tear out and replace concrete on 4th Street to address drainage concerns in the amount of $4,300.00.

13. Report on Streets and Maintenance.

15. Discuss/possible action: First reading of Ordinance 2017-11 – Nick Nystrom’s employee wage compensation.

16. Discuss/possible action: Approve or deny minutes as typed for the previous meeting.

to the Village Office
at 540 C Street.
