To be notified regarding COVID-19 vaccine availability

Pre-Registration for Residents Aged 65 and Over:

If you are aged 65 or over and live in Sarpy or Cass County, the Health Department is offering a pre-registration process for receiving additional information regarding COVID-19 vaccine availability. This survey does not register you for a vaccine; it is a mechanism for you to be contacted once you are eligible to receive the vaccine. If you do not have access to a computer and would like to pre-register, please call 531-203-0322 and leave a voice message with your name, address, date of birth, phone number, as well as an email address if you have one. A staff member will use this information to register for you.

Village of Eagle Now Hiring: Deputy Clerk/Treasurer

The Village of Eagle is accepting applications for a Deputy Clerk Treasurer to work a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.

This position is responsible for a variety of duties including customer service; accounts receivable; permits; licenses; nuisance abatement; utility processing; records management and all other administrative and fiscally related tasks to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Village office.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Municipal or office experience is preferred, with an emphasis on working knowledge of basic accounting, payroll, word processing and accounts receivable computer programs. Candidate must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Salary range is $10.00-$18.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

Applications may be obtained at the Village of Eagle office located at 727 South 1^st Street, Eagle, NE 68347.
