It was recently brought to my attention that I have not welcomed input from the community in the last couple of newsletters. I apologize for this. As always, I welcome any and all input from the community that I get. I have started a new Letter to the Editor tab for people who would like to write in and post their opinions on things in the newsletter or things going on in our community. I wanted to make sure there was a place for people to post their opinions. I also welcome any news or announcements that you would like to send my way! Due to a small town environment people that submit their input have a right to remain anonymous.
This isn't your normal newspaper, of course I am not nor have ever said I was a professional reporter. I took this position to let people in our community know what is happening in and around our community. When I write about certain subjects to let people know the latest, you will probably see some of my opinion in those stories. I try and make sure I report the facts though. I guess if I ever become a professional reporter I will have to change my ways. Until then, I will write about what I see and know. I will also continue to ask for you input.
